K\u00f6pr\u00fc \u00fczerinden biri diklemesine 5 \u00e2deti ise yanlamas\u0131na iskele ile alt\u0131 adet te yolcu salonu yap\u0131l\u0131r. Denize dik olan iskele Kad\u0131k\u00f6y-Haydarpa\u015fa iskelesidir. Bu iskele zaman i\u00e7erisinde eskimi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fletme Hali\u00e7 Tersanesine yeni bir iskele yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in sipari\u015f verir M\u00fchendis Galip Alnar taraf\u0131ndan tasarlanan k\u00f6pr\u00fc 1936 y\u0131l\u0131nda in\u015fas\u0131 biter.&nbsp; Bu iskele demirden yap\u0131l\u0131r ve iki katl\u0131 olan bu iskelenin salonlar\u0131n\u0131n ve b\u00fcrolar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu k\u0131s\u0131mlar \u00e7elik konstr\u00fcksiyon ile yap\u0131ld\u0131 aralar\u0131 kontrplak ile kapat\u0131ld\u0131. Boyu: 74 metre eni 18 metre Su kesimi ise 1 metre idi. Alt kat\u0131 yolculara ayr\u0131lan iskelenin \u00fcst kat\u0131nda Enspekt\u00f6rl\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc yer almaktayd\u0131. En u\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131nda ise liman manzaral\u0131 bir birahane vard\u0131. Bu iskelenin en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6zelli\u011finden birisi de 1943 y\u0131l\u0131nda konulan saat sevgililerin bulu\u015fma yeri olmu\u015f bu saatin alt\u0131nda g\u00fcnde iki y\u00fcz ki\u015fi bulu\u015furmu\u015f, iki y\u00fcz ki\u015fide bo\u015funa beklermi\u015f. Bu iskele 19 Aral\u0131k 1958 y\u0131l\u0131nda bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in Camialt\u0131 Tersanesine g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Bak\u0131m ve Onar\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda 16 Ocak 1959 tarihin de \u015fiddetle Lodos f\u0131rt\u0131nas\u0131 nedeniyle batt\u0131 yerinden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve onar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n maliyeti \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek olaca\u011f\u0131ndan yeni \u0130skele yap\u0131m\u0131na karar verildi. \u0130skele yap\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in ihaleye \u00e7\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131 ihaleyi Profilo firmas\u0131 kazand\u0131 firma \u0130stinye tersanesinde \u0130skelenin in\u015fas\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131. \u0130skele tamamland\u0131 R\u00f6mork\u00f6rler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile Karak\u00f6y\u2019e \u00e7ekildi ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kullan\u0131lan Haydarpa\u015fa-Kad\u0131k\u00f6y \u0130skelesinin bulundu\u011fu yere diklemesine konuldu. O zamanki gazetelerin yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re de sigara i\u00e7in bir vatanda\u015f\u0131n acaba yanar m\u0131? Diye denize att\u0131\u011f\u0131 sigara nedeniyle deniz \u00fcst\u00fcndeki mazot alev alm\u0131\u015f deniz \u00fcst\u00fcndeki mazot h\u0131zla yanmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f. Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Vapuru yanar halde iken bir r\u00f6mork\u00f6r vas\u0131tas\u0131 ile Hay\u0131rs\u0131zada a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131na \u00e7ekilmi\u015f burada kederine terk edilmi\u015ftir. &nbsp;Yanan Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Vapuru: 1912 y\u0131l\u0131nda Fransa Marsilye\u2019da Atl &amp; Chantier de Provence Tersanesinde buharl\u0131 yolcu gemisi olarak in\u015fa edildi. 697 Gros, 337 Net tonluktu. Uzunlu\u011fu 61,2 m, Geni\u015fli\u011fi 9,1 metre Su \u00c7ekimi 3,4 metre idi. Atl &amp; Chantier de Provence yap\u0131m\u0131 790 g\u00fcc\u00fcnde 2 adet 3 silindirli trip\u0131l buhar makinas\u0131 vard\u0131. \u00c7ift uskurlu idi saatte 10 mil h\u0131z yapabiliyordu. 1961 y\u0131l\u0131nda yenilendi y\u0131llarca K\u00f6pr\u00fc \u2013Haydarpa\u015fa-Kad\u0131k\u00f6y ve K\u00f6pr\u00fc-Adalar-Yalova aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m yap\u0131lan iskelede sorun olan yolcu \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yolu yakla\u015f\u0131k bir metre kadar geni\u015fletildi tekrar iskele eski yerine 16 Mart 1966 tarihinde tekrar bulundu\u011fu yere konuldu. Yolcu \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yolunun geni\u015fletilmesi ile de gemilerin bo\u015falt\u0131lmas\u0131 daha rahat oldu. Bu iskele 1 Ekim 1984 tarihine kadar hizmet verdi. Yerinden s\u00f6k\u00fclen iskele 1982 y\u0131l\u0131nda hizmete girin Yeni Kad\u0131k\u00f6y \u0130skelesinin yan taraf\u0131na g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Turyol Motorlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 yere ba\u011fland\u0131, bir s\u00fcre sonrada Harem\u2019e \u00e7ekildi. Bu iskelenin yap\u0131m hik\u00e2yesinin d\u00f6nemin Hali\u00e7 Tersanesi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Aykut Altay \u201c35 y\u0131l 20 dakikaya nas\u0131l s\u0131\u011fd\u0131\u201d adl\u0131 kitab\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131yor; Yeni yap\u0131lacak iskelede ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 dubalar\u0131n hepsinin ayn\u0131 olmas\u0131 ve iskele ana g\u00fcvertesine c\u0131vatalarla ba\u011flanmas\u0131 bu dubalar\u0131n bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m i\u00e7in tek tek s\u00f6k\u00fclebilir olmas\u0131na karar verildi. Bu suretle iskele yerinde kalarak deniz i\u00e7indeki dubalar yedeklenebilecek ve periyodik olarak ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 bak\u0131m tamir ve boya i\u015fleri havuza al\u0131n\u0131p yap\u0131labilecekti. \u0130skelenin yap\u0131m in\u015faat\u0131 Hali\u00e7 Tersanesi\u2019ne verildi. Hali\u00e7 Tersanesi yetkilileri dizayn ve imalata ba\u015flamadan evvel \u015eehirhatlar\u0131 \u0130\u015fletmesine yaz\u0131 ile m\u00fcracaat ederek mevcut iskelede de\u011fi\u015fiklik isteyip istemediklerini sordular. \u015eehirhatlar\u0131 yetkilileri Hali\u00e7 Tersanesine kulland\u0131klar\u0131 iskelenin projesini istedikleri de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri \u00fczerine i\u015fleyerek g\u00f6nderdiler. Bu hesaplama yap\u0131l\u0131rken \u00fcst binan\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 mevcut \u00fcst binaya g\u00f6re yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha sonra ana g\u00fcverte, \u00fcst bina ve en kalabal\u0131k yolcunun oldu\u011fu zamana g\u00f6re yolcu a\u011f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclerek bulunan toplam a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yacak dubalar\u0131n boyutlar\u0131 ve ka\u00e7 adet duba olmas\u0131 laz\u0131m geldi\u011fi bulunur. Hesaplama neticesinde bulunan 8 adet duban\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131na ba\u015flan\u0131r.
