Bu gemilere &nbsp;Samsun ve \u0130skenderun isimleri verildi. yurt i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmak \u00fczere de Band\u0131rma ve &nbsp;Uluda\u011f isimleri verilen iki gemiyi de \u0130talya Napoli\u2019de bulunan Cant.Nav.Nevalmeccanica tezgahlar\u0131nda in\u015fa ettirir. \u015eehirhatlar\u0131 \u0130\u015fletmemsi i\u00e7inde Hollanda Amsdardam\u2019da bulunan Vercchure&amp;Co.\u2019s Scheeps tezg\u00e2hlar\u0131nda Yalova, Anadoluhisar\u0131, Rumelihisar\u0131, Haydarpa\u015fa ve B\u00fcy\u00fckada ad\u0131 verilen be\u015f adet gemi in\u015fa ettirdi. Bu gemiler II. Zaman\u0131 geldi\u011fi de de denizlerden ayr\u0131larak yeni gemilerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla s\u00f6k\u00fclerek d\u00f6k\u00fcmhanelerde gemi sac\u0131 olarak yeniden hayat bulmu\u015flard\u0131r. \u015eehirhatlar\u0131 \u0130\u015fletmesi i\u00e7in1952 y\u0131l\u0131nda Beylerbeyi, \u0130stinye, Yenik\u00f6y, Be\u015fikta\u015f ve Emirgan adl\u0131 gemiler Hollanda\u2019da Kas\u0131mpa\u015fa, K\u0131zkulesi, Karak\u00f6y ve Kuru\u00e7e\u015fme araba vapurlar\u0131 Fransa\u2019da Fenerbah\u00e7e ve Dolmabah\u00e7e \u0130sko\u00e7ya\u2019da Pa\u015fabah\u00e7e ise \u0130talya\u2019da in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir.. Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131\u011fa ilk defa B\u00fclent&#8217;i ziyarete\ngidiyordum ve bu sefer arkada\u015f olarak de\u011fil de bir Ba\u015fbakandan talimat almak\n\u00fczere idi. Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k da gayet kalabal\u0131kt\u0131. Her ne olursa olsun B\u00fclent bana\nher zaman vakit ay\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, ben de s\u00fcreyi bir \u00e7ay i\u00e7ecek kadar diye\ns\u0131n\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m kendimce. Yoksa belli idi art\u0131k onunla eskiden oldu\u011fu gibi\nsaatlerce g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeye imkan yoktu. Bana \u00fc\u00e7 talimat\u0131 vard\u0131: &#8220;Pendik\nTersanesini bitir bitir, Bankay\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7e b\u00f6l ve denizcili\u011fimizi geli\u015ftir&#8221;. Bu\ntalimat\u0131n verildikten 10 y\u0131l sonra Denizcilik Bankas\u0131 T.A.O \u2018l\u0131\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\nDenizcilik \u0130\u015fletmeleri, Gemi Sanayi, Denizcilik Bankas\u0131 T.A.\u015e ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7e\nb\u00f6l\u00fcnd\u00fc. &nbsp;173.sayfada ise \u015f\u00f6yle diyordu Dr Nezih H.Neyzi \u201c1978 y\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fcr\u00fcl\ng\u00fcr\u00fcl girdi. Bu sefer haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 idim ve denizcili\u011fimizi geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in\nplanlar\u0131m vard\u0131. Yeni gemiler yapmak, yeni hatlar a\u00e7mak ve iki feribot al\u0131p\nKaradeniz&#8217;e kamyon ve yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mak gibi. Bir taraftan da paras\u0131zl\u0131k ve\nplanc\u0131lar\u0131n deniz projelerine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131 i\u015fleri k\u00f6stekliyordu. Ankara&#8217;da\nEcevit&#8217;e gittim ve planc\u0131lardan destek istedim. Beni Hikmet \u00c7etin&#8217;e g\u00f6t\u00fcrd\u00fc ve\n&#8220;Nezih&#8217;in baz\u0131 istekleri var&#8221;, deyip odas\u0131na d\u00f6nd\u00fc. Hikmet \u00c7etin de\nBilsay Kuru\u00e7&#8217;a devir etti. Planc\u0131lar\u0131n tutumunu biliyordum. &#8220;Banka zarar\nediyor, onun i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131ma ve bilhassa yeni al\u0131nacak gemiye tahsis yok&#8221;,\ndiyeceklerdi. Onun i\u00e7in kendi imk\u00e2nlar\u0131m\u0131zla ilerlemeyi ye\u011fledim.\u201d\u00d6nce gemiler\nbirer birer kodro &nbsp;d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131larak hurdaya g\u00f6nderildi sonra \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\nhatlar gemi yoklu\u011fu nedeniyle kapat\u0131ld\u0131.
