Akdeniz de yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mada t\u00fcm rakiplerini ge\u00e7erek\nbirinci s\u0131rada bulunmaktayd\u0131. Denizyollar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 73 liman ve iskeleye\nsefer yaparak \u0130stanbul ile di\u011fer sahil \u015fehirlerini birbirine ba\u011flarken,\nAvrupa\u2019da 13 limana sefer yaparak da T\u00fcrkiye ile Ortado\u011fu ve Avrupa \u00fclkelerini\nbirbirine ba\u011fl\u0131yordu. Denizcilik Bankas\u0131 T.A.O Denizyollar\u0131 \u0130\u015fletmesi\u2019nin 1952\ny\u0131l\u0131nda elindeki filo ya\u015flanm\u0131\u015f, ekonomik \u00f6m\u00fcrlerini tamamlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ya\u015f\nortalamas\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 tamir ve yak\u0131t masraflar\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkilemekte, bu\nda yolcu say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k i\u015fletmeyi karl\u0131 hale getirememekteydi.\nAtat\u00fcrk d\u00f6neminde Hollanda\u2019dan 1924 y\u0131l\u0131nda sat\u0131n al\u0131nan 1906 in\u015fa tarihli\nAkdeniz, Karadeniz, \u0130zmir ve Ege gemileri ekonomik \u00f6m\u00fcrlerini doldurarak art\u0131k\ntamir kabul etmez bir halde bulunmaktayd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filonun islah\u0131 amac\u0131yla \u0130stanbul\nTeknik \u00dcniversitesi Profes\u00f6rlerinin de i\u00e7erisinde bulunan bir komisyonca\nplanlar\u0131 haz\u0131rlanan ve ihaleye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan ikisi Karadeniz, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fc de Akdeniz tipi\ngemilerin in\u015fas\u0131 i\u00e7in Almanya\u2019dan 93,3 milyon D.Mark kredi al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Al\u0131nan bu\nkredi ile Almanya\u2019da Bremen\u2019de bulunan A.G.Weser Tersanesi\u2019ne gemilerin in\u015fa\nedilmesi i\u00e7in anla\u015fma imzalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. M\/V Akdeniz, M\/V Karadeniz, M\/V Ege M\/V \u0130zmir\nve M\/V Marmara adlar\u0131 verilen bu gemilerden ilk \u00f6nce \u0130zmir teslim al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\/V Ege, M\/V \u0130zmir ve M\/V Marmara adlar\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan bu \u00fc\u00e7\ngeminin&nbsp; boylar\u0131\n122,65m., geni\u015flikleri 16,50 metre su kesimi bo\u015f 4,13 dolu 5,79 metre idi .\n6.042 gros ton 3327 net ton 2106 dwt. 4.160 beygir g\u00fcc\u00fcnde MAN (Maschinenfabrik\n-Augsburg-N\u00fcrnberg) yap\u0131m\u0131 dizel motorlar\u0131 vard\u0131. H\u0131zlar\u0131 14 deniz mil olup,\ntek uskurluydular. Bu \u00fc\u00e7 gemide 25 adet Hususi kamarada 56 yatak, 22 adet\nI.Mevki kamarada 52 yatak &nbsp;22 kamarada 52\nyatak 21 adet II. Mevki kamarada 74 yatak,7 adet Turistik mevki (A) kamara 180\nyatak 4 adet&nbsp; Turistik mevki (B) kamara 360\nyatak olmak \u00fczere toplamda 65 kamara 642 yatak bulunmaktayd\u0131. K\u0131sa seferlerde\nyaz\u0131n 271 k\u0131\u015f\u0131n ise 23 g\u00fcverte yolcusu alabiliyordu.269 ton kapasiteli tatl\u0131 su\ntank\u0131 , 779 ton deniz suyu balast tank\u0131 250 ton kapasiteli Motorin tank\u0131\nmevcuttu. G\u00fcnl\u00fck servis h\u0131z\u0131 ile 16 ton tahmil ve tahliyelerde 2 ton yak\u0131n\nsarfiyat\u0131 bulunmaktayd\u0131.2 adeti motorlu 6 adeti normal olmak \u00fczere toplan 8\nadet can filikas\u0131 vard\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn en \u00e7ok\nseyahat etti\u011fi Ege Gemisi, ekonomik \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc doldurup s\u00f6k\u00fclmek \u00fczere sat\u0131ld\u0131ktan\nsonra Almanya\u2019da yeni yap\u0131lan gemilerden birine de M\/V EGE ad\u0131 verildi. M\/V Ege\ndi\u011fer karde\u015fleri ile birlikte denizyollar\u0131n\u0131n sefer yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f hatlarda\n\u00f6zellikle de Karadeniz\u2019de \u0130stanbul-Sinop-Samsun-Ordu-Giresun-Trabzon-Hopa\nu\u011frakl\u0131 Hopa S\u00fcr\u2019at Seferi ile \u0130stanbul &#8211; \u0130zmir Seferini s\u0131k\u00e7a yapan bir gemi idi.\nM\/V Ege 1 Temmuz 1981 tarihinde Deniz Kuvvetleri Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na verildi. Erkin\nIII ad\u0131 ile donanmada hizmet g\u00f6rd\u00fckten sonra 22 May\u0131s 1982 y\u0131l\u0131nda kadro d\u0131\u015f\u0131\nb\u0131rak\u0131larak hurda olarak Alia\u011fa\u2019da s\u00f6k\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcne kadar deniz ticaret filomuzda\n&#8220;\u0130ZM\u0130R&#8221; ad\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan pek \u00e7ok gemimiz oldu. Bunlar\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde\nhi\u00e7biri 1955 y\u0131l\u0131nda Almanya\u2019da in\u015fa edilen \u201c M\/V \u0130ZM\u0130R\u201d kadar sevilmedi. 1956 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Mart ay\u0131n\u0131n ortalar\u0131nda bir g\u00fcn, \u0130zmir\u2019de\nyay\u0131n yapan yerel gazeteler, \u0130zmirlilere co\u015fku ile bir haber verdiler: Bremen\ntersanelerinde yap\u0131m\u0131 tamamlanan \u0130zmir Vapuru, \u0130zmir Liman\u0131\u2019na geliyordu.\nO g\u00fcn limanda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir t\u00f6ren d\u00fczenlendi. Yeni in\u015fa\nedilen bir vapura kentlerinin ad\u0131n\u0131n verildi\u011fi duyan \u0130zmirliler t\u00f6rene\nkat\u0131ld\u0131lar ve \u0130zmir Vapuru ilk yolcular\u0131n\u0131 alarak \u0130stanbul\u2019a hareket etti. Bir\ngemi, ad\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kentten ilk seferine ba\u015fl\u0131yordu. \u0130zmir halk\u0131n\u0131n hakl\u0131 bir\nco\u015fkusuydu bu ya\u015fanan. M\/V \u0130zmir bu ilk seferinden sonra Adriyatik\nseferlerini yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131 yeni ve modern bir gemi olmas\u0131 nedeniyle de olduk\u00e7a\nilgi g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Karde\u015fleri gibi denizyollar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f seferlerinde\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\/V \u0130zmir kaptan\u0131 Mehmet Tahir Canda\u015f y\u00f6netiminde 2 \u015eubat Cuma 1957 g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 14\u201900\u2019te 244 yolcu alarak\n\u0130stanbul\u2019dan hareket etti. M\/V \u0130zmir normal bir seyirle Narl\u0131dere a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131na\nkadar geldi. Gemi saat 10.00\u2019da \u0130zmir Liman\u0131\u2019na girece\u011finden, b\u00fct\u00fcn yolcular\nhaz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlam\u0131\u015f ve g\u00fczel \u0130zmir\u2019in manzaras\u0131n\u0131 gemi g\u00fcvertesinden\nseyre haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Gemi, Yenikap\u0131 \u00f6nlerine gelmi\u015f ve \u0130zmir K\u00f6rfezi\u2019nin\ngiri\u015fini belirleyen Pelikan fenerlerinin i\u00e7ine girmi\u015fti. Bu s\u0131rada \u0130zmir\u2019den\nhareket eden ABD Bandral\u0131 Howell Lykes \u015eilebi de kendi rotas\u0131 \u00fczerinde, ayn\u0131\nfenerlere tam yolla seyretmekteydi. \u0130zmir Vapuru\u2019nun kaptan k\u00f6\u015fk\u00fcnde gemi\ns\u00fcvarisi Tahir Canda\u015f ile ikinci Kaptan H\u00fcseyin Dereli, Amerikan \u015filebinin\nanormal seyri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda 3 kez d\u00fcd\u00fck \u00e7ald\u0131lar ve uyarmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar. Ancak\nAmerikan \u015filebi yolunu de\u011fi\u015ftirmek \u015f\u00f6yle dursun, s\u00fcratini azaltmaya bile l\u00fczum\ng\u00f6rmedi. \u0130zmir Gemisi tam manas\u0131 ile bo\u011faza girmi\u015f ve son iki fenerin aras\u0131na\nsokulmu\u015f durumdayd\u0131. Her iki gemi aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok az bir a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde,\nnormal rotas\u0131n\u0131 takip eden \u0130zmir gemisinin s\u00fcvarisi, Amerikan \u015filebinin\nkendilerine yol vermemesi ve bu arada herhangi bir emniyet tedbiri de almamas\u0131\n\u00fczerine, derhal rotas\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirip iskele y\u00f6n\u00fcne d\u00f6nd\u00fc. Fakat bu defa \u00e7ok\nyak\u0131n bir mesafede bulunan Amerikan \u015filebi, rotas\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirdi ve sancak\ny\u00f6n\u00fcne d\u00fcmen k\u0131rd\u0131. \u0130\u015fte bu felaket demekti. Her iki geminin de ayn\u0131 y\u00f6nde yol de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f\nolmalar\u0131, bu \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc kazan\u0131n olmas\u0131na sebebiyet vermi\u015ftir. Olay\u0131n\nduyulmas\u0131ndan sonra, Pasaport \u0130skelesi\u2019nde mah\u015feri bir kalabal\u0131k toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.\n\u0130zmir Vapuru\u2019nda yolcu yak\u0131n\u0131 olanlar olay\u0131n deh\u015fetini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek, di\u011fer yandan\nda tan\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ak\u0131betini merak ederek Pasaport \u0130skelesi\u2019nde heyecanla\nbekliyorlard\u0131. Saat 13.30\u2019da Bergama gemisi, ilk kafileyi Pasaport\u2019a getirdi.\nTan\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131na ve akrabalar\u0131na kavu\u015fman\u0131n sevinci i\u00e7inde g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131 d\u00f6kenlere\nkar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, bekledi\u011fi y\u00fczleri g\u00f6remeyenlerin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu h\u00fcz\u00fcn tablosu ise y\u00fcrek\nburkuyordu. Bu kazada \u00fc\u00e7 ki\u015fi hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015fti\nArt\u0131k M\/V \u0130zmir hareketsiz olarak dev bir balina gibi yat\u0131yordu.\nDenizcilik Bankas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n en yeni \u00fc\u00e7 gemisinden biri olan \u0130zmir Vapuru da sulara\ng\u00f6m\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f6nemin bir yazar\u0131n\u0131n deyimi ile\n\u201cDenizcilik i\u015fletmesinin bir ya\u015f\u0131ndaki gemisi, memleketimizin \u00f6v\u00fcnece\u011fi en\nk\u0131ymetli vapurlar\u0131ndan biri olan M\/V \u0130zmir gemisi art\u0131k bir hat\u0131ra\u201d idi. ABD\nBandral\u0131 Howell Lykes \u015eilebi yetkilileri ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler s\u00fcrd\u00fc. G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler\nneticesinde meselenin sulh yolu ile halledilmesine karar verildi 500.000 T\u00fcrk\nLiras\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sulh olundu. Denizcilik Bankas\u0131 T.A.O yetkilileri\nyapt\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 teknik inceleme sonucunda M\/V \u0130zmir\u2019in tamir edilmesi hususunda\nkarar verdiler. Hemen ihaleye \u00e7\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131, ihaleye 5 firma kat\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130hale\nneticesinde \u015fartnameye uygun ve en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck teklifi M\/V \u0130zmir\u2019i in\u015fa eden A.G.Weser Werk firmas\u0131 verdi. &nbsp;Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde gerekli incelemeler ve\nsigorta m\u00fcfetti\u015flerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan sonra, \u0130zmir Vapuru d\u00fcnyaya geldi\u011fi yer\nolan Bremen\u2019e g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Rom\u00f6rk\u00f6rlerin \u00e7ekti\u011fi geminin \u0130zmir\u2019den Bremen\u2019e\ng\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fc\u015f\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 g\u00fcn s\u00fcrd\u00fc. \u0130ki y\u0131l sonra 1960 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ortalar\u0131nda, \u0130zmir\nK\u00f6rfezi\u2019ne beyaz bir ku\u011fu gibi giren \u0130zmir Vapuru adeta yeniden do\u011fu\u015funu\nm\u00fcjdeliyordu. Tamirat s\u0131ras\u0131nda geminin bir salonuna l\u00fcks olarak konan TV\nal\u0131c\u0131s\u0131, gazetelerde haber oldu: \u201c\u0130zmir Vapuru\u2019nda televizyon var!\u201d &#8220;M\/V \u0130zmir&#8221; d\u0131\u015f hatlarda oldu\u011fu gibi i\u00e7 hatlarda\nda y\u0131llarca \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131 durdu. G\u00fcn oldu 1zmir&#8217;e surat postas\u0131 yapt\u0131, g\u00fcn oldu\nKaradeniz iskelelerine uzand\u0131. Bir \u0130stanbul- \u0130zmir seferinde D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri\nBakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 denilince akla gelen ilk isimlerden birisi olan, sempatik tav\u0131rlar\u0131\npratik zek\u00e2s\u0131 ile herkesin sevgisini ve sayg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kazanm\u0131\u015f, \u201cAy\u015fe tatile \u00e7\u0131kmak\nistiyor, \u00e7\u0131ks\u0131n\u201d diyerek 2.K\u0131br\u0131s harek\u00e2t\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatan, Prof. Dr. Turan G\u00fcne\u015f\n1982 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019dan \u0130zmir\u2019e giderken \u00c7anakkale a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131nda ge\u00e7indi\u011fi bir\nkalp krizinde hayata g\u00f6zlerini M\/V \u0130zmir\u2019de kapam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u0130zmir, rahat ve g\u00fczel\nbir gemiydi. Yolcular onu \u00e7ok sevmi\u015flerdi Her zaman, yaz &#8211; k\u0131\u015f demeden hep\nseferde oldu. Sonunda, 1987&#8217;de sat\u0131lmak \u00fczere kadro d\u0131\u015f\u0131na b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman 32\ny\u0131ll\u0131k bir gemiydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\/V Marmara karde\u015fleri\ngibi Almanya\u2019da\nBremen\u2019de bulunan A.G.Weser tersanesinde in\u015fa edilmi\u015fti. 1956 y\u0131l\u0131nda hizmete\ngirdi. Yeni l\u00fcks ve s\u00fcratli olan bu gemiler denizyollar\u0131\ni\u015fletmesine sayg\u0131nl\u0131k kaz\u0131nd\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu gemiler uzun y\u0131llar\u0131 Kuzey ve G\u00fcney\nAkdeniz Hatt\u0131nda, \u0130stanbul-Hayfa-Barselona ve Adriyatik hatt\u0131nda olmak \u00fczere\nd\u0131\u015f hatlarda, Karadeniz Hatt\u0131 ile \u0130stanbul-\u0130zmir hatt\u0131nda y\u0131llarca hizmet\ng\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015flerdir. 1960 y\u0131llarda bat\u0131 d\u00fcnyas\u0131 II. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yaralar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zla\nsarmaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcnya ticareti artmakta \u00fclkelerin ihracat\u0131 her y\u0131l \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde\nartmakta bunun sonucu olarak da insanlar ekonomik olarak refaha eri\u015fmi\u015flerdi.\n\u0130leti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesiyle de insanlar\u0131n ba\u015fka \u015fehirleri ve \u00fclkeleri\ng\u00f6rme talebi h\u0131zla artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu talep kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda turizm denilen bir olgu\nmeydana gelmi\u015f, u\u00e7aklar\u0131n hen\u00fcz emekleme d\u00f6neminde oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in de bu seyahatler\ntren ve gemiler ile yap\u0131lmakta idi. Bat\u0131 d\u00fcnyas\u0131 turizmin \u00fclkeleri i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli\nbir gelir kayna\u011f\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kavrayarak bu talebi kar\u015f\u0131lamak amac\u0131yla kruvaziyer\ndedi\u011fimiz bu gemileri h\u0131zla in\u015fa ederek devreye sokmu\u015flard\u0131r. Kruvaziyer turizmi\nad\u0131 verilen bu geli\u015fmenin ekonomik boyutu s\u0131rf Akdeniz de milyar dolarlar\nolarak ifade edilmektedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1969 y\u0131l\u0131nda Denizcilik Bankas\u0131\nY\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nda bulunan Prof. Dr. Teoman \u00d6zalp M\/V Marmara Gemisi ile\n\u0130stanbul\u2019dan \u0130zmir\u2019e bir yolculuk yapar, gemi s\u00fcvarisi olan Kaptan Nam\u0131k Assena\nile gemiyi gezer. Kaptan Nam\u0131k Assena gemiye yeterli derecede y\u00fck bulamad\u0131klar\u0131\ni\u00e7in ambarlar\u0131n bo\u015f olmas\u0131 nedeniyle istenilen h\u00e2s\u0131lat\u0131 toplayamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131,\nbunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yolcu taleplerini de kar\u015f\u0131layamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 beyan eder. Bunun\n\u00fczerine Prof. Dr. Teoman \u00d6zalp, \u201cBen de ayn\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce i\u00e7erisindeyim. D\u00fcnya h\u0131zla\nkurvaziyer (turistik gemiler) yaparak geli\u015fmekte olan turizmden daha fazla pay\nalmaktad\u0131r. Bu gemiler bu halde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya devam ettirilirse her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn\nyolcu taleplerini kar\u015f\u0131layamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in h\u0131zla piyasadan \u00e7ekilmek mecburiyetinde\nkal\u0131r\u0131z\u201d ifadesine kullan\u0131r. \u0130stanbul\u2019a d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde konuyu Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019na\ngetirir, konu y\u00f6netim kurulunda tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.
