Gemi \u0130n\u015faiye\u2019ye y\u00f6nelmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr onun i\u00e7in\nMakine Fak\u00fcltesine kayd\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131r. Burada \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131fta gemi in\u015faiye\u2019ye b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne\nayr\u0131labiliyorlard\u0131. Hamidiye Okul kurvaziyerinde Ba\u015fhekim olan babas\u0131n\u0131n\narkada\u015f\u0131 olan &nbsp;Hayri Baran\u2019\u0131n telkini ile\n\u0130stanbul Teknik \u00dcniversitemden ayr\u0131l\u0131r Y\u00fcksek Denizcilik Okuluna girer. 1951\ny\u0131l\u0131nda Y\u00fcksek Denizcilik Okulu G\u00fcverte B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden Pekiyi derece ve okul\nbirincisi olarak bitirir \u00d6d\u00fcl olarak \u00fc\u00e7 alt\u0131n saat al\u0131r. Deniz nakliyat\u0131 bu g\u00fcnde ticaret hayat\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck yer\ni\u015fgal etmektedir. Zaman\u0131m\u0131zda gemilerin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n artm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131,\ni\u015fletme usullerinde meydana gelen b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde de\u011fi\u015fiklikler, gemicilik\ni\u015fletmelerini Anonim \u015eirketler haline gelmeye zorlamaktad\u0131r.\u201dYaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu\ns\u00f6zlerle bitirir. Gemi \u0130\u015fleten Anonim \u015eirketler devlete vergi ve d\u00f6viz olarak\nb\u00fcy\u00fck imk\u00e2nlar getirecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 19 Ocak 1965 tarihinde Yeni Gazetede\nyaz\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle; T\u00fcrkiye \u201c G\u00fcne\u015f\u201d ve \u201c Denizi \u201c ni satabilir. Yaz\u0131 \u00f6zetle\n\u015f\u00f6yledir. T\u00fcrkiye turistler i\u00e7in \u00e7ok cazip bir \u00fclkedir. Bilhassa deniz ve\ng\u00fcne\u015fi ile senenin b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131nda turist u\u011fra\u011f\u0131 olabilecek durumdad\u0131r. Fakat\nbunun i\u00e7inde en k\u0131sa zamanda te\u015fkilatlanmak laz\u0131md\u0131r. Bu hususta deniz\nvas\u0131talar\u0131ndan ( Yelken, su kaya\u011f\u0131&nbsp; ,\nmotor ) istifade etmekte \u015fartt\u0131r. Demektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 01 Haziran 1965 tarihli Yeni\nGazetede yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Deniz Ticaret Odas\u0131 Kurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u201c Kurulacak\nDeniz Ticaret Odalar\u0131n\u0131n sahalar\u0131 Liman ve Deniz \u0130\u015fleri B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri\nsahalar olmal\u0131d\u0131r.
