{"id":325,"date":"2020-02-12T21:47:08","date_gmt":"2020-02-12T21:47:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alibozoglu.com\/?p=325"},"modified":"2020-05-17T12:16:50","modified_gmt":"2020-05-17T12:16:50","slug":"325","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.alibozoglu.com\/index.php\/2020\/02\/12\/325\/","title":{"rendered":"Hollanda\u2019dan Sat\u0131n Al\u0131nan Gemiler"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"921\" src=\"http:\/\/www.alibozoglu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/karadeniz-1024x921.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-326\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.alibozoglu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/karadeniz-1024x921.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/www.alibozoglu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/karadeniz-300x270.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.alibozoglu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/karadeniz-768x691.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.alibozoglu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/karadeniz-67x60.jpg 67w, http:\/\/www.alibozoglu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/karadeniz.jpg 1281w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye ile Hollanda aras\u0131nda ticari\nili\u015fkilerin ge\u00e7mi\u015fi 400 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine dayan\u0131r. \u201cKaptan Pa\u015fa\u201d (Donanma Ba\u015fkomutan\u0131)\ntaraf\u0131ndan \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lan ilk Hollanda el\u00e7isi, 1612 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019a gelmi\u015ftir.\nOsmanl\u0131-Hollanda ili\u015fkilerinde ba\u015fl\u0131ca konu ticarettir. \u00d6nceleri Hollandal\u0131\nt\u00fcccarlar taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131n al\u0131nan ba\u015fl\u0131ca \u00fcr\u00fcnler Suriye ve \u0130ran\u2019dan ipek,\nAsya\u2019dan da baharat olmu\u015ftur. 17. y\u00fczy\u0131lda da T\u00fcrkiye, Hollanda\u2019ya angora y\u00fcn\u00fc\nve pamuk ihra\u00e7 etmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, Hollanda da buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k \u0130zmir ve \u0130stanbul\u2019a\npamuklu ve y\u00fcnl\u00fc kuma\u015f g\u00f6ndermi\u015ftir. 19. y\u00fczy\u0131lda t\u00fct\u00fcn, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den\nHollanda\u2019ya ihra\u00e7 edilen en \u00f6nemli tar\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olmu\u015ftur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f T\u00fcrkiye ile Hollanda aras\u0131ndaki ticari\nili\u015fkilerin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi i\u00e7in 1934\u2019te T\u00fcrk-Hollanda Derne\u011fi kurulmu\u015ftur.\nKurulu\u015f anla\u015fmas\u0131 her iki \u00fclkenin devlet ba\u015fkanlar\u0131, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Atat\u00fcrk ve\nkrali\u00e7e Wilhelmina taraf\u0131ndan imzalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu olaydan \u00f6nce 1930\u2019da\nHollanda\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7okuluslu \u015firketi Philips, T\u00fcrk Philips Ltd. olarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de etkinlik\ng\u00f6stermeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndan sonraki ilk d\u00f6nemde\niki \u00fclke aras\u0131ndaki ticaret hacmi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir d\u00fczeyde kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak 1950\u2019lerde\nPhilips\u2019ten sonra \u0130ngiliz-Hollanda \u015firketi Unilever, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u015fube a\u00e7an ve\n\u00fcretime ba\u015flayan ilk uluslararas\u0131 \u015firketlerden biri olmu\u015ftur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denizcilik ile ilgili ilk ili\u015fkilerin ne zaman ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na\ndair bir bilgiye rastlanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak Ekli listede g\u00f6r\u00fclece\u011fi \u00fczere Hollanda\nile denizcilikle ilgili ili\u015fkilerin 1900\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda deniz vas\u0131talar\u0131n\u0131n\nal\u0131mlar\u0131 ile ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin ediyoruz. \u0130lk \u00f6nce \u0130stanbul Liman\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fleten\n\u0130stanbul R\u0131ht\u0131m, Dok ve Antrepo \u015firketi taraf\u0131ndan 1908 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ah\u0131rkap\u0131 ve\nYenikap\u0131 olmak \u00fczere iki adet Cer motorunun ve 1911 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kartal r\u00f6mork\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn\nsat\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. 1929 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonra 1, 2 ve 3 No\u2019lu Cer motorlar\u0131 ile\n13, 15 ve 16 numaral\u0131 Cer motorlar\u0131 sat\u0131n al\u0131n\u0131r. Liman \u015firketinin\nmillile\u015ftirilmesinden sonra da Hollanda\u2019dan Liman-1 ve Liman-2 r\u00f6mork\u00f6rleri\nsat\u0131n al\u0131n\u0131r. Bu r\u00f6mork\u00f6rlerden Liman 2 halen Hali\u00e7\u2019te Rahmi Ko\u00e7 M\u00fczesinde\nsergilenmektedir ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r vaz\u0131yettedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu arada \u0130zmir K\u00f6rfezi\u2019nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve 1904 y\u0131l\u0131nda\nHollanda\u2019da in\u015fa edilen G\u00fczel \u0130zmir adl\u0131 vapurun ne zaman al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair bir\nbilgi bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Hali\u00e7 Dersaadet \u015eirket-i Hayriyesi (daha sonra Hali\u00e7 Vapurlar\u0131\n\u015eirketi ad\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r) 1910 y\u0131l\u0131nda 11 adet, 1920 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar da 6 adet olmak\n\u00fczere toplam 17 adet gemi sat\u0131n alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kendine has g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcmleri olan ve birbirini\nbenzeyen bu gemilerin en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6zellikleri isimlerinin olmamas\u0131d\u0131r. Gemiler, \u00fczerlerinde\nta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 numaralar ile an\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu gemiler uzun y\u0131llar Hali\u00e7 hatt\u0131nda\n\u0130stanbullulara hizmet etmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cumhuriyet\u2019in ilan\u0131ndan sonra T\u00fcrkiye Seyr-i Sefain \u0130daresi\n(T\u00fcrkiye Denizcilik \u0130\u015fletmeleri) I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019nda kaybetti\u011fi filosunu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek\namac\u0131yla Hollanda\u2019dan d\u00f6rt adet gemi sat\u0131n al\u0131r. Bu gemiler S\/S Ankara, S\/S Karadeniz,\nS\/S \u0130zmir ve S\/S Ege\u2019dir. S\/S Ankara gemisi al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman ilk \u00f6nce Angora\nad\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f bilahare Ankara ismi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1948 y\u0131l\u0131nda\nMarshall Yard\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri\u2019nden al\u0131nan gemiye\nAnkara ad\u0131 verilmesi istenmi\u015f bu nedenle Hollanda\u2019dan al\u0131nan geminin ad\u0131 S\/S\n\u00c7orum olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu gemide 9 Temmuz 1949 tarihinde Tophane\nr\u0131ht\u0131m\u0131nda k\u0131\u00e7 ambar\u0131 ve makine dairesinde bir yang\u0131n \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, 62 ki\u015fi hayat\u0131n\u0131\nkaybetmi\u015f 22 ki\u015fi de yaralanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Verilen bilgiye g\u00f6re faciaya; yolcular\u0131n bavul,\n\u00e7anta, denk ve y\u00fckleriyle kap\u0131 \u00f6nlerine s\u0131k\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 neden olmu\u015ftu. K\u0131smen yanan\ngemi onar\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra birka\u00e7 y\u0131l daha \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f 1956 y\u0131l\u0131nda kadro d\u0131\u015f\u0131\nb\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131p sat\u0131larak Hali\u00e7\u2019te s\u00f6k\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Gemi\n1926 y\u0131l\u0131nda Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn emri ile sergi gemisi haline getirilmi\u015ftir. 22 Haziran\n1926 tarihinde hareket eden gemi 18 ayr\u0131 limana u\u011frad\u0131ktan sonra, 5\nEyl\u00fcl 1926 Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130stanbul&#8217;a geri d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Gezi 86 g\u00fcn, 22 saat s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.\nBu s\u00fcrenin 40 g\u00fcn 16 saati seyirde, 46 g\u00fcn 6 saati de li\u00admanlarda ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. 9.981 mil yol yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f,\n2.778 ton k\u00f6m\u00fcr, 971 ton tatl\u0131 su t\u00fcketilmi\u015ftir. 12 Avrupa devletinin 16 liman\u0131\nziyaret edilmi\u015f, bu arada da limanlara girip \u00e7\u0131kmak i\u00e7in 44 yabanc\u0131 k\u0131lavuz\nkaptan al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu sergi gitti\u011fi her limanda ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc bir ilgi ile\nkar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f sergiyi gezmek i\u00e7in uzun kuyruklar olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Bu kuyruklar\u0131n 1 kilometreyi\nbuldu\u011fu bile s\u00f6ylenir. Bunun nedeni\ngeminin kaptan\u0131n\u0131n, Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn kaptan\u0131 diye an\u0131lan Savarona yat\u0131nda da\nkaptanl\u0131k yapan Sait \u00d6zege olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Atat\u00fcrk, 14 Eyl\u00fcl 1928 tarihinde \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131\nbir Karadeniz seyahatinde 16 Eyl\u00fcl 1928 tarihinde gemi defterine <strong><em>\u201c\u0130zmir\nvapuru ile Bahr-i Siyah (Karadeniz) seyahatinde vapurun m\u00fckemmeliyeti ve\nkumanda heyeti ile efrad\u0131n\u0131n vazife hususunda g\u00f6sterdikleri liyakatten dolay\u0131\nkumanda heyeti ve seyr-i Sefain m\u00fcd\u00fcriyetine te\u015fekk\u00fcr ve tahsin eylerim\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\ndiye yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu yaz\u0131n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6zelli\u011fi yaz\u0131n\u0131n Latin harfleri ile\nyaz\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Latin harflerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin kanun 1 Kas\u0131m 1928\ntarihinde kabul edilmi\u015ftir. Yani Atat\u00fcrk kanundan \u00f6nce Latin Harflerini\nkullanarak bu yaz\u0131y\u0131 kaleme alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sait Kaptan bunun \u00fczerine\n\u00d6zege olarak soyad\u0131 al\u0131r. Ege soyad\u0131n\u0131 alan ki\u015fi ise ayn\u0131 geminin orkestras\u0131n\u0131\ny\u00f6neten keman sanat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ve tangolar\u0131 ile me\u015fhur Fehmi Ege\u2019dir. Bu gemiler Gerek Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i gerek Haydarpa\u015fa-Kad\u0131k\u00f6y gerekse Adalar\nhatt\u0131nda y\u0131llarca \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar.
