Mal ve e\u015fyalar\u0131n ge\u00e7irilmesi i\u00e7in de b\u00fcy\u00fck pa\u00adzar kay\u0131klar\u0131ndan\nyararlan\u0131l\u0131yordu. Hali\u00e7&#8217;te, Bo\u011fazi\u00ad\u00e7i&#8217;nde oldu\u011fu gibi b\u00fct\u00fcn kay\u0131klar bir\niskeleye ba\u011f\u00adl\u0131yd\u0131; bunlar yaln\u0131z bu iskeleye gelen yolcu ve y\u00fck\u00adleri ta\u015f\u0131mak\nzorundayd\u0131lar. Ayr\u0131ca, kay\u0131k\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n kefil g\u00f6stermeleri istenirdi. Bir iskelenin\nkay\u0131k\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 bir\u00adbirlerine kefil olduktan ba\u015fka, iskelenin y\u00f6neticisi olan\niskele keth\u00fcdas\u0131 da b\u00fct\u00fcn kay\u0131k\u00e7\u0131lara kefil&#8221; olurdu. Kefil\ng\u00f6steremeyenlerin kay\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k yapmas\u0131\u00adna kesinlikle g\u00f6z yumulmazd\u0131. Hask\u00f6y \u0130skelesinden ba\u015flamak ve Hali\u00e7\u2019te yolcu\nta\u015f\u0131mak \u00fczere 20 y\u0131l s\u00fcre ile bir imtiyaz verilir,&nbsp; Tophane M\u00fc\u015firi Rodoslu Fethi Ahmet Pa\u015fa,\nbuharl\u0131 vapurlarla yolcu ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131na ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l\u00adlarda, \u00f6zellikle 1851&#8217;de\nkurulan \u015eirket-i Hayriye&#8217;yi \u00f6rnek olarak, Hali\u00e7&#8217;te vapur i\u015fletmecili\u011finin\ntemelini att\u0131. Bu hatt\u0131n iki k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 yolcu vapuru ile yolcu ve e\u015fya\nta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131 (1860). Vapur\u00adlar\u0131n geliri, Abd\u00fclmecit&#8217;in k\u0131zlar\u0131 olan\nSultanlara cep har\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak veriliyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodoslu\nFethi Ahmet Pa\u015fa&#8217;n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcyle, Hali\u00e7 Dersaadet vapur \u015eirketi, Abd\u00fclmecit&#8217;in\nk\u0131zlar\u0131ndan Cemile Sultan&#8217;\u0131n kocas\u0131 Damat Mahmut Celalettin Pa\u015fa&#8217;ya verildi. Ama\n\u015firket d\u00fczenli bir y\u00f6netimden yoksundu. 1860 &#8211; 1910 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda hizmet ve\u00adren\nHali\u00e7 Dersaadet Vapur \u015eirketine ait belgeler pek k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1908 y\u0131l\u0131nda Me\u015frutiyet&#8217;in ilan\u0131yla\nCevdet Pa\u00ad\u015fa&#8217;n\u0131n y\u00f6netimine verilen i\u015fletme, yine verimli ola\u00admam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu\nhatt\u0131n ciddi bir i\u015fletme olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u00admaya ba\u015flanmas\u0131, 1913 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir\n\u0130talyan \u015firketine verilmesi ve \u015firketin ad\u0131n\u0131n &#8220;Hali\u00e7 \u015eirketi&#8221;\nolmas\u0131yla ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni\nkurulan bu \u015firket; Hali\u00e7&#8217;te \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilecek, k\u00f6pr\u00fclerin alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7meye\nelveri\u015fli, direkleri ol\u00admayan, bacas\u0131 uzay\u0131p k\u0131salabilen gemileri sat\u0131n al\u00admakla\ni\u015fe ba\u015flad\u0131. \u0130lk olarak 17 vapur al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, Bi\u00adrinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n patlak\nvermesi \u00fczerine bu gemilerden 6 tanesi 1-2-3-4-5-13 ve 14 numaral\u0131 gemiler\naskeri y\u00f6netim emrine verildi. Sava\u015f\u0131n \u00e7e\u00adtin g\u00fcnlerinde asker ve sava\u015f\nmalzemesi ta\u015f\u0131mak\u00adta kullan\u0131lan bu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck gemiler, b\u00fcy\u00fck i\u015fler ba\u015fard\u0131lar.\n\u015eirket\u2019in getirdi\u011fi gemilerin ad\u0131 yoktu. Ba\u015f&#8217; omuzluklar\u0131ndaki rakamlarla\nbirbirinden ayr\u0131l\u0131yor\u00addu. Hali\u00e7 \u015firketinin m\u00fcd\u00fcriyet binas\u0131 Ayvansaray&#8217;da idi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Hali\u00e7 \u015eirketi, Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131&#8217;ndan sonra elin\u00addeki\n10 gemi ile hizmet vermeye devam ederken, Belediye ile anla\u015fmazl\u0131\u011fa d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc ve 23\nKas\u0131m 1935 tarihinde \u0130stanbul Belediyesi, \u015firketin gemilerine, ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r ve\nta\u015f\u0131nmaz mallar\u0131na el koydu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hali\u00e7&#8217;te\nhizmet vermeye Belediye b\u00fcnyesinde kurulan ge\u00e7ici bir y\u00f6netim devam etti.\n\u0130\u015fletme, Be\u00adlediye i\u00e7in y\u00fck olmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Sonunda y\u00f6netim, 16 Temmuz 1941\ng\u00fcn\u00fc Devlet Denizyollar\u0131 Umum M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;ne devredildi ve \u015eehir Hatlar\u0131\ni\u015fletmesi b\u00fcnyesine al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;1945 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Devlet Denizyollar\u0131 ve Limanlar\u0131\ni\u015fletmesi Umum M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\/ne devredilen \u015eehir Hatlar\u0131 i\u015fletmesi M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, 1\nMart 1952 g\u00fcn\u00fc ku\u00adrulan Denizcilik Bankas\u0131 T.A.O. b\u00fcnyesine al\u0131nd\u0131. Hali\u00e7\nvapurlar\u0131 Hali\u00e7 K\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda bulunan iskelelere devaml\u0131 sefer yaparken gemiler\nya\u015flar\u0131 nedeniyle birer birer filodan ayr\u0131l\u0131yorlard\u0131. Filodan ayr\u0131lan\nvapurlar\u0131n yerine Camialt\u0131 Tersanesinde 1961 y\u0131l\u0131nda Camialt\u0131 I ve Camialt\u0131 II\nadl\u0131 gemiler in\u015fa edildi. bu gemilerinde h\u0131zla eksilen filonun yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131na\nyetmemesi nedeniyle 1970\u2019li y\u0131lar\u0131n sonlar\u0131nda \u015eirket-i Hayriye\u2019den kalma 73\nRumelikava\u011f\u0131, 75 Kocata\u015f ve 76 Sar\u0131yer adl\u0131 vapurlar baca tadili yap\u0131larak bu\nhatta 1984 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar. 1982 y\u0131l\u0131nda Hali\u00e7 \u015eirketinin\nsat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn gemiler ekonomik \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc tamamlad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in kadro harici\nb\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131lar. Bunlar\u0131n yerine yolcu say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak\nMotorbot\u2019larla bu hatta ta\u015f\u0131ma yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131 \u00f6nce 56 ve 59 No\u2019lu i\u015f\u00e7i\nmotorlar\u0131 yolcu ta\u015f\u0131maya elveri\u015fli hale getirilerek bu hatta bu hatta seferlere\nba\u015flad\u0131 Bunlar\u0131 Cibali adl\u0131 \u0130\u015f\u00e7i motoru takip etti sonra s\u0131ras\u0131 ile S\u00fctl\u00fcce,\nHal\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, Defterdar, K\u00e2\u011f\u0131thane, Arnavutk\u00f6y, Asmal\u0131, Aynal\u0131kavak, Ayvansaray,\nB\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece, G\u00f6ksu II, Kumla, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcksu ve Selimpa\u015fa Motorbotlar\u0131\nile seferlere devam ettirildi. Zaman\u0131m\u0131zda ise yeni in\u015fa edilen Kas\u0131mpa\u015fa,\nHask\u00f6y ve S\u00fctl\u00fcce Motorbotlar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r, Hali\u00e7 Vapurlar\u0131 \u00f6nceleri Hali\u00e7\nK\u00f6rfezi&#8217;ndeki 15 iskele aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta. \u0130di. Eski ah\u015fap iskele yerine\n2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda beton iskele in\u015fa edildi. Hask\u00f6y \u0130skelesi 1857 y\u0131l\u0131nda Hali\u00e7\u2019te\nvapur \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in ilk giri\u015fimde bulunan giri\u015fimciler taraf\u0131ndan gemilerin\nba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 iskelesiydi. Hali\u00e7\u2019in dolmas\u0131 ve yolcu azl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle 1994 y\u0131l\u0131nda seferlere\nkapat\u0131ld\u0131. 2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda eski yerinin uza\u011f\u0131nda bir yerde as\u0131l\u0131na uygun olarak\nyeniden in\u015fa edildi ve hizmete a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Burada faaliyet g\u00f6steren Elektrik Santrali\u2019nde\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in 1920 y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131, daha sonra yolcu azl\u0131\u011f\u0131\nnedeniyle kapat\u0131ld\u0131. K\u00e2\u011f\u0131thane \u0130skelesi Ah\u015fap Kaz\u0131klar \u00fcst\u00fcnde yine kaz\u0131klar\n\u00fcst\u00fcnde uzayan bir k\u00f6pr\u00fcden ge\u00e7irilerek girilen bu iskeleye sular\u0131n s\u0131\u011f olmas\u0131\nsi\u011f sularda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan vapurlar\u0131n servis d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kalmas\u0131 nedeniyle 1960\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n\nba\u015f\u0131nda yolcu azl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle kapat\u0131ld\u0131. Yemi\u015f \u0130skelesi, \u00d6nceleri Hal\u2019e yak\u0131n\nolmas\u0131 nedeniyle Hal iskelesi olarakta an\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131. 1950 y\u0131llardan sonra Yemi\u015f\n\u0130skelesi ad\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131.1960 y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda kapat\u0131ld\u0131. Cibali \u0130skelesi,\nyolcular\u0131n\u0131 burada buluna Tekel Sigara fabrikas\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ileri olu\u015fturuyordu.\n1982 y\u0131l\u0131na yolcu azl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle kapat\u0131ld\u0131, Ayakap\u0131 \u0130skelesi 1920\u2019li y\u0131llara\nkadar faaliyet g\u00f6sterdi, sonra yolcu azl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle kapat\u0131ld\u0131.
