Daha sonraki y\u0131llarda Konak ile Alsancak aras\u0131nda\nd\u00fczg\u00fcn bir r\u0131ht\u0131m\u0131n in\u015fa edilmesi de, bu geli\u015fmeyi h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130stanbul&#8217;da\noldu\u011fu gibi, \u0130zmir&#8217;de de vapurla yolcu ve y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00adna ilk giri\u015fenler,\nyine yabanc\u0131lar olmu\u015ftu; devlet de bu duruma g\u00f6z yum\u00admak zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.\nG\u00fcnde kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 iki\u015fer sefer yapan Bornova\nile Apsis adlar\u0131ndaki bu\nvapurlarla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak, yolculara kolayl\u0131k sa\u011fla\u00admak \u00fczere Bornova\niskelesinden Bornova kadar bir de araba servisi kurulmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130zmir\nsular\u0131nda vapur i\u015fletme imtiyaz\u0131 almak i\u00e7in Resmi makamlara ya\u00adp\u0131lan\nba\u015fvurular\u0131n 1880, 81, 82, 83 y\u0131llar\u0131nda yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bunlar\u0131n ba\u00ad\u015f\u0131nda,\n\u0130zmir&#8217;de oturmakta olan, Manisal\u0131 Rum as\u0131ll\u0131, ama \u0130ngiliz uyruklu D. Baltazzi\n(Baltac\u0131o\u011flu) geliyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bal\u00adtazzi,\ndaha 1875&#8217;te, \u0130zmir&#8217;den, K\u00f6rfez i\u00e7inde Kordelya (bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Kar\u015f\u0131ya\u00adka), Karata\u015f\nile G\u00f6ztepe&#8217;ye; K\u00f6rfez d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da Menemen, Urla, Fo\u00e7a, \u00c7andarl\u0131, Dikili, hatta\nAyval\u0131k&#8221;a kadar buharl\u0131 vapur \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in 25 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir imtiyaz\nistemi\u015f bulunuyordu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1880\ny\u0131l\u0131nda,]olly Carmoly adl\u0131 kumpanya da 25 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir imtiyaz almak amac\u0131yla\nresmi makamlara ba\u015f\u00advurdu. Yetkililere yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 teklif birka\u00e7 y\u0131l \u00f6nce\nBaltazzi&#8217;nin \u00f6nerdi\u00ad\u011fi tekliflerden daha cazipdi. teklifinde her y\u0131l, kar\u0131n\u0131n %\n5&#8217;ini \u0130zmir&#8217;deki Mekteb-i \u0130ptidaiye-i Umumiye adl\u0131 e\u011fitim kurulu\u015funa verece\u011fini\nvaat etti. Bu teklifi olumlu kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131nda Kar\u015f\u0131yaka sakinlerinden birka\u00e7\nm\u00fcte\u015febbis, 23 Ocak 1881 g\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130zmir Vilayet makam\u0131na ba\u015fvurarak K\u00f6rfez\u2019de vapur\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma hakk\u0131n\u0131n kendilerine tan\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi. Bununla da kal\u00admay\u0131p iki de\nk\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck vapur \u0131smarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bunlar\u0131n yana\u015faca\u011f\u0131 iskeleleri de yine kendileri\nyapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi. Kuracaklar\u0131 \u015firketin ad\u0131 \u015eirket-i Hamidiye ya da\n&#8220;Mebadi-i Servet&#8221; olacakt\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re, yabanc\u0131\nbayrakl\u0131 vapurlar\u0131n seferden men edilmesi sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f oluyordu ki, bu \u00e7ok\n\u00f6nemliydi. \u015eu da var&#8217; ki, halen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta olan vapurlar seferden men edilince,\n\u0130zmirliler, hele hele Kar\u00ad\u015f\u0131yakal\u0131lar ger\u00e7ekten \u00e7ok zor durumda kalacaklard\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o tarihlerde \u0130zmir\nK\u00f6rfezi&#8217;nde \u0130dare-i Mahsusa idaresinin va\u00adpur \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. ba\u015fka\nki\u015filer de vapur \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in giri\u015fimlerde bulunmaktayd\u0131lar. Bunlar\u0131n biri\nde, \u0130zmir&#8217;in tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f t\u00fcccarlar\u0131ndan Yah\u00adya Hayati Efendi&#8217;ydi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yahya Hayati Efendi, 1883\ny\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Temmuz ay\u0131ndaki ba\u015fvurusunda bir Osmanl\u0131 Anonim \u015firketi kuraca\u011f\u0131m,\nvapurlar sat\u0131n al\u0131p K\u00f6rfez&#8217;de yine is\u00adkeleler in\u015fa edece\u011fini, yolcu bilet\n\u00fccretlerinin saptanmas\u0131n\u0131 resmi ma\u00adkamlara b\u0131rakaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ama verilecek\nimtiyaz\u0131n da 30 y\u0131l olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini bildiriyordu. O da gelirinin bir\nk\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131, hem de % 15&#8217;ini, \u0130zmir&#8217;de yeni kurulmakta olan Mekteb-i Sultani&#8217;ye\nverecekti. B\u00f6ylece 13 Temmuz 1883 g\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130zmir Hamidiye Vapur \u015eirketi resmen\nkurulmu\u015f oldu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eirket\ntaraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lacak\u00adt\u0131. \u0130mtiyaz m\u00fcddeti 30 y\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130zmir Hamidiye Vapur\n\u015eirketi ilk seferlerine 1884 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n \u015eubat ay\u0131nda sekiz vapurla ba\u015flad\u0131. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1909 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130zmir\nHamidiye Vapur \u015eirketi, Bel\u00ad\u00e7ika \u015eirketi&#8217;nin eline ge\u00e7mi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1913-14\ny\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130ngiliz Lloyd gemi sicilinde ise kurulu\u015fun elinde tek bir vapuru oldu\u011fu\ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor: O da G\u00fclbah\u00e7e idi.\n\u015eirketin Bel\u00e7ikal\u0131lar&#8217;\u0131n eline ge\u00e7mesinden sonra sat\u0131n al\u0131nan H\u00fcrriyet ile M\u00fcsavat vapurlar\u0131 nisbeten b\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7e ve sa\u011flam vapurlard\u0131.\nBunlar\u0131n gelmesiyle geceleri Kar\u015f\u0131yaka ile G\u00f6ztepe&#8217;ye yap\u0131lan seferler d\u00fczene\ngirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1916&#8217;da\n\u015eirketin imtiyaz s\u00fcresinin sona ermesi \u00fczerine vapurlar\u0131n \u00e7a\u00adl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131\nvalilikle ge\u00e7ici bir heyete verildi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130zmir&#8217;in\ni\u015fgal g\u00fcnlerinde yabanc\u0131lar T\u00fcrk hissedarlar\u0131 zarara u\u011fratarak bu i\u015ften\nvazge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in her f\u0131rsattan yararlanmaya bakt\u0131lar. Bu arada, Mondros\nm\u00fctarekesi&#8217;nin imzalanmas\u0131ndan k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra, Guiffray, Rees ve Patterson\nadl\u0131 zengin i\u015f adamlar\u0131 k\u00f6rfezde vapur \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla bir \u015firket kurup\n\u0130stanbul h\u00fck\u00fcmeti onlara yaln\u0131z ge\u00e7ici bir m\u00fcsa\u00adade vermekle yetindi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9\nEyl\u00fcl 1922, \u0130zmir\u2019in Yunun i\u015fgalinden kurtar\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra Guiffray\n\u015firketinin b\u00fct\u00fcn haklar\u0131n\u0131n ve vapurlar\u0131n\u0131n millile\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Kurulu\u015f, bu\nd\u00f6nemde \u0130zmir&#8217;in tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f i\u015f adamlar\u0131ndan U\u015f\u015fakizade Muammer Bey&#8217;e\ndevredilmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fgal y\u0131llar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda vapur \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran Rees, Whittall ve\nOrtaklar\u0131, imtiyaz\u0131n kendilerinde oldu\u011funu iddia ederek tazminat davas\u0131\na\u00e7t\u0131larsa da bir sonu\u00e7 alamad\u0131lar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 A\u011fustos 1925 :g\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130zmir Liman; ve K\u00f6rfez \u0130\u015fleri\n\u0130nhisar\u0131 T.A.\u015e. adl\u0131 ye\u00adni bir \u015firket kurula\u00adrak U\u015f\u015fakizade Mu\u00adammer Bey&#8217;in ve\ndaha \u00f6nceki Guiff\u00adray \u015firketinin b\u00fct\u00fcn haklar\u0131 bu yeni kurulu\u015fa devredildi. O\ny\u0131llarda \u0130dare G\u00fczelyal\u0131 taraf\u0131nda Kara\u00adta\u015f, Karantina, G\u00f6ztepe ve G\u00fczelyal\u0131&#8217;ya\nd\u00fczenli vapur seferleri yapt\u0131r\u0131yor\u00addu. Muammer Bey, 16 Eyl\u00fcl 1925 g\u00fcn\u00fc\nvapurlar\u0131n\u0131 360.000 T\u00fcrk li\u00adras\u0131na, \u0130zmir \u0130nhisa\u00adr\u0131 Liman \u0130\u015fleri \u0130nhi\u00adsar\u0131 TA\u015e\u2019\nye devretti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"\"><tbody><tr><td>\n  211\n  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eirket 9 y\u0131l hizmet\nverdikten sonra, 1934 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n 8 A\u011fustos g\u00fcn\u00fc, \u0130zmir Liman \u0130\u015fletmeleri Umum\nM\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda yeni bir d\u00fczenlemeye gi\u00addildi. \u0130ki y\u0131l sonra da bu umum\nm\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck \u0130ktisat Vekaleti&#8217;ne ba\u011fl\u0131 olmak kayd\u0131yla \u0130zmir Liman \u0130\u015fletmesi ad\u0131\nalt\u0131nda yeni bir \u015fekle sokuldu. 1938 Ocak ay\u0131nda Denizbank Umum M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn\nbir \u015fubesi haline getiril\u00addi. 1939&#8217;da Devlet Limanlar\u0131 Umum M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;ne\n1943&#8217;te Devlet Denizyollar\u0131 Umum M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;ne, ertesi y\u0131l da Devlet\nDenizyollar\u0131 ve Limanlar\u0131 \u0130\u015fletmesi Umum M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne devrolunan ku\u00adrulu\u015f, 1952\ny\u0131l\u0131nda Denizcilik Bankas\u0131 TAO.&#8217;nin kurulmas\u0131yla \u0130zmir \u0130\u015flet\u00admesi M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\nad\u0131yla Denizcilik Bankas\u0131 TAO.&#8217;nin b\u00fcnyesine al\u0131nd\u0131. 1983 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\nDenizcilik Kurumuna 1984 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise T\u00fcrkiye Denizcilik \u0130\u015fletmelerine Ba\u011fland\u0131\n\u0130\u015fletmeye ba\u011fl\u0131 Alsancak Liman\u0131 1988 y\u0131l\u0131nda TCDD\u2019ye ba\u011fland\u0131. 4 Nisan 2000\ntarihinde K\u00f6rfez Vapurlar\u0131 ile 1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bostanl\u0131-\u00dc\u00e7kuyular aras\u0131ndaki\nferibot seferleri seferlerini yapan araba vapurlar\u0131 \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck \u015eehir Belediye\nBa\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na kalan K\u0131lavuzluk ve R\u00f6mork\u00f6rler k\u0131sm\u0131 15 Haziran 2010 tarihinde\nK\u0131y\u0131 Emniyet Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne ba\u011flanmas\u0131 neticesinde \u0130zmir \u0130\u015fletmesine\nfaaliyeti sona ermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ge\u00e7mi\u015ften g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar\n\u0130zmir K\u00f6rfezinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan gemiler s\u0131ras\u0131 ile \u015funlard\u0131r. Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nun 11 Ekim 1972 tarih ve 2158\nsay\u0131l\u0131 toplant\u0131s\u0131nda ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir karar ile \u0130zmir \u0130\u015fletmesi Teknik M\u00fcd\u00fcr\nYard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na atanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 4 Nisan 1978 tarihinde \u0130zmir \u0130\u015fletmesi M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne\natanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nun 19 Mart 1980 tarih ve 2595 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131&nbsp; ile Kaza Tahkik Kurulu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na, atanm\u0131\u015f\nancak 16 Nisan 1980 tarihinde verdi\u011fi bir dilek\u00e7e ile \u0130zmir\u2019de ikamet etti\u011fini\n\u00e7ocu\u011funun \u0130zmir\u2019de \u00dcniversite\u2019ye gitti\u011fini belirterek \u0130zmir\u2019de uygun bir g\u00f6reve\natanmas\u0131na talep etmi\u015ftir. Bu talep Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nun 25 Nisan 1980 tarih ve\n2600 say\u0131l\u0131 toplant\u0131s\u0131nda al\u0131nan bir karar ile M\u00fc\u015favirler Kurulunda a\u00e7\u0131k\nbulunan (g\u00f6rev yeri Alaybey Tersanesi ) M\u00fc\u015favirlik g\u00f6revine atanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Y\u00f6netim\nKurulu\u2019nun 5 \u015eubat 1981 tarih ve 2651 say\u0131l\u0131 toplant\u0131s\u0131nda al\u0131nan bir karar ile\ntekrar \u0130zmir \u0130\u015fletmesi M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne atanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu g\u00f6revi 1986 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar\ns\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcmer Erol\n\u00c7a\u011flar \u0130zmir \u0130\u015fletmesi M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne atand\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren titiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131\nile dikkati \u00e7ekmi\u015f, gerek k\u00f6rfez vapurlar\u0131n\u0131n bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131mlar\u0131 gerek\nAlsancak Liman\u0131nda bulunan ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 titizlikle\nyak\u0131ndan takip edip bunlar\u0131n uzun s\u00fcre \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na olanak sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu\ndavran\u0131\u015f\u0131 baz\u0131 kesimlerin ho\u015funa gitmemi\u015ftir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fkan ve d\u00fcr\u00fcst insan\u0131\nsevmeyenler Ba\u015fta Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmak \u00fczere olur olmaz ihbar mektuplar\u0131 g\u00f6ndermi\u015flerdir.\nBunun \u00fczerine Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fta kendilerine gelen ihbar mektuplar\u0131nda\nbahsedilen konular olmak \u00fczere g\u00f6revde bulundu\u011fu s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda t\u00fcm icraat\u0131n\u0131n\ntitizlikle inlenmesi amac\u0131yla o zamanki ad\u0131 Denizcilik Bankas\u0131 T.A.O Genel\nM\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne bir yaz\u0131 yazar incelenmesinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve neticesininde\nkendilerine bildirilmesini talep ederler.
