Bu kuruma\n1941 y\u0131l\u0131nda Hali\u00e7 Hatt\u0131nda sefer yapan Hali\u00e7 Vapurlar\u0131 \u015eirketi, 1945 y\u0131l\u0131nda\nise \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019nda imtiyaz alarak safer yapan \u015eirket-i Hayriye,\nba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Denizcilik\n\u0130\u015fletmeleri Kuruldu\u011fu 1843 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana gemi i\u015fletmecili\u011fi, 1924 y\u0131l\u0131nda K\u0131lavuzculuk\nve R\u00f6mork\u00f6rc\u00fcl\u00fck, 1929 &nbsp;y\u0131l\u0131nda Tersanecilik, ve Yalova Termal \u0130\u015fletmesi\n1937 y\u0131l\u0131nda &nbsp;Liman \u0130\u015fletmecili\u011fi,\u0130zmir ve Van G\u00f6l\u00fc &nbsp;\nBankac\u0131l\u0131k,(Faaliyete ge\u00e7memi\u015ftir) &nbsp;Gemi Kurtarma, K\u0131y\u0131 Emniyeti, 1940\ny\u0131l\u0131nda Lokantac\u0131l\u0131k, 1952 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bankac\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetlerde bulunmu\u015ftur. Bu\nfaaliyetleri i\u00e7erisinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kalk\u0131nmas\u0131nda Sosyo Ekonomik yap\u0131s\u0131nda\n\u00f6nemli rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130dare-i Mahsusa d\u00f6neminde 1877-1878\nOsmanl\u0131-Rus harbinde sava\u015f\u0131n finansmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 desteklemek i\u00e7in yard\u0131mda\nbulunmu\u015ftur. Ayn\u0131 y\u0131llarda gerek mali durumun bozuklu\u011fu gerekse sava\u015f\u0131n\nyaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 devletin halktan imk\u00e2nlar \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde yard\u0131m istemesine sebep\nolmu\u015ftur. Bu kampanya ya \u0130dare-i Mahsusa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 da kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\nKaptan,\u00c7arkc\u0131,tayfa ile memurlar\u0131 sava\u015f\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan sonunu kadar maa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n %\n10\u2019nu iane olarak ba\u011f\u0131\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. toplanan para 1000 keseye yak\u0131n bir mebla\u011fa\nula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130dare\u2019nin yine bu t\u00fcrden ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc durumlar ve olaylara da maddi\ndestek sa\u011flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. 1893 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kad\u0131k\u00f6y\u2019de meydana gelen yang\u0131na da \u0130dare-i\nMahsusa 300 lira yard\u0131m etmi\u015ftir.\u0130dare-i Mahsusa d\u00f6neminde 1895 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan\nDar\u00fclaceze\u2019nin giderlerini kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in &nbsp;daimi bir gelire ihtiya\u00e7\nbulunmaktayd\u0131. \u0130dare-i Mahsusa 1896 y\u0131l\u0131ndan 1901 tarihine kadar Dar\u00fclacezeye\nher y\u0131l 300,000 kuru\u015f \u00f6dedi, 1901 y\u0131l\u0131nda sonra ise g\u00fcnl\u00fck gelirden belli bir\nmiktar\u0131n verilmesi esas\u0131 getirilmi\u015ftir, bu gelir ile Dar\u00fclaceze\u2019nin\nfaaliyetlerini g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesinde \u00f6nemli bir rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Osmanl\u0131\n\u0130mparatorlu\u011fundan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kalan tek m\u00fcessese olan T\u00fcrkiye Denizcilik\n\u0130\u015fletmeleri Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131nda T\u00fcrk ordusuna b\u00fcy\u00fck lojistik destek\nsa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &nbsp;\u00c7anakkale\u2019de hastane gemisi olarak g\u00f6rev yapan &nbsp;ancak\nbeyaza boyanmay\u0131p \u00fczerine K\u0131z\u0131lay armas\u0131 da bulunmayan &nbsp;Halep gemisi\ny\u00fczba\u015f\u0131 Martin Eric Dunbar Nasmith komutas\u0131ndaki \u0130ngiliz E-11 deniz alt\u0131s\u0131\ntaraf\u0131ndan bat\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca ayn\u0131 denizalt\u0131 G\u00fclcemal Vapurunu yaralam\u0131\u015f ve\nG\u00fclcemal gemisini bir m\u00fcddet seferden mahrum b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;Do\u011fu cephesini\ni\u00e7in Band\u0131rma ve \u0130stanbul limanlar\u0131nda y\u00fckledikleri Silah, m\u00fchimmat, elbise\nyiyecek ve demonte u\u00e7aklar\u0131 Do\u011fu Cephesine iletilmek \u00fczere Trabzon Liman\u0131na\ng\u00f6t\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in hareket eden Bezm-i Alem Bahr-i Ahmar ve Mithatpa\u015fa gemileri\nKaradeniz Ere\u011flisi a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131nda Ruslar taraf\u0131ndan bat\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu gemilerin\nbat\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 lojistik destekten yoksun kal\u0131nmas\u0131 Sar\u0131kam\u0131\u015f harekat\u0131 olumsuz\ny\u00f6nde etkilemi\u015ftir. &nbsp;T\u00fcrk tarihinin en ac\u0131 yenilgilerinin birisi al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f\nsay\u0131lar\u0131 &nbsp;binlerle ifade edilen &nbsp;asker \u015fehit olmu\u015ftur. Bu &nbsp;\ngemilerde bulunan personelin bir k\u0131sm\u0131 kurtulmu\u015f, bir k\u0131smi \u015fehit olmu\u015f bir\nk\u0131sm\u0131 ise Ruslara esir d\u00fc\u015ferek Sibirya\u2019ya s\u00fcrg\u00fcne g\u00f6nderilmi\u015ftir. Sibirya\u2019da\n6.5 y\u0131l esaret ya\u015fay\u0131p ka\u00e7arak olarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye gelen1913 mezunu Kaptan Mehmet\n\u0130hya G\u00f6rg\u00fcn \u2018\u00fcn o\u011flu Prof.Dr Bedrettin G\u00f6rg\u00fcn\u2019\u00fcn derledi\u011fi yap\u0131 kredi\nyay\u0131nlar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan Bir Gemi Katibinin Esaret An\u0131lar\u0131 isimli bir kitap\nbulunmaktad\u0131r. Kurum aralar\u0131nda Halep,Bezm-i Alem,Mithatpa\u015fa, Bahr-i Ahmar\ngemileri dahil olmak \u00fczere I.D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131nda 28 gemisini kaybetmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131na\n\u0130stanbul\u2019un i\u015fgal edilmesi nedeniyle Donanmaya ait hi\u00e7bir gemi i\u015ftirak\netmemi\u015ftir. Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda bu kuruma ba\u011fl\u0131 &nbsp;Alemdar Kurtarma\ngemisi ve Gazal R\u00f6mork\u00f6r\u00fc Karadeniz de Rusya\u2019dan silah ve m\u00fchimmat ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\nAyr\u0131ca Karadeniz Sahilinde gezinerek Karakol gemisi g\u00f6revini y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015flerdir.\nSava\u015f\u0131n kazan\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu g\u00f6rev s\u0131ras\u0131nda Gazal\nR\u00f6mork\u00f6r\u00fc Urania adl\u0131 Yunan bayrakl\u0131 bir gemiyi teslim alm\u0131\u015f ve teslim al\u0131nan\nbu gemi Galata ad\u0131 ile kurumumuz filosunda g\u00f6rev yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurumumuz 1974\ny\u0131l\u0131nda K\u0131br\u0131s Harek\u00e2t\u0131nda yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &nbsp;Kurumu ait Truva Feribotu sava\u015fa\nfiilen i\u015ftirak etmi\u015f o zamanda gemide bulunan t\u00fcm personel gazi ilan\nedilmi\u015ftir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere\nAtat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fc Samsuna g\u00f6t\u00fcren Band\u0131rma gemisi bu kurumun ait bir gemidir. Yine\nbilindi\u011fi \u00fczere Padi\u015fah II Abd\u00fclhamit zaman\u0131nda al\u0131nan Ertu\u011frul yat\u0131 ile\nAtat\u00fcrk i\u00e7in sat\u0131n al\u0131nan Savarona yatlar\u0131 bu kurumumuza ait gemilerdir.\nErtu\u011frul yat\u0131 1959 y\u0131l\u0131nda s\u00f6k\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ait Savarona yat\u0131 ise\n1951 y\u0131l\u0131nda devrin Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Celal Bayar taraf\u0131ndan Deniz Harp Okuluna\nE\u011fitim gemi olarak kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere verilmi\u015ftir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atat\u00fcrk Yalova\u2019ya\nilk olarak 21 A\u011fustos Yalova\u2019ya gelmi\u015f Burada bulunan Termal Oteli\u2019nde 29\nA\u011fustos 1929 tarihine kadar kalm\u0131\u015f harap durumda olan Termal Oteli ve\ncivar\u0131ndaki di\u011fer otellerin onar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve toplumun daha \u00e7ok yaralanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in\nhizmete a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istemi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u0131kar\u0131lan bir kanunla da Yalova il\u00e7e olmu\u015f ve\n\u0130stanbul\u2019a ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2 Aral\u0131k 1929 tarihinde \u0130stanbul Yalova vapur\nseferleri ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu seferlerin ba\u015flamas\u0131 ile Yalova Kapl\u0131calar\u0131 cazibe\nmerkezi haline gelmi\u015ftir. Yalova Kapl\u0131calar\u0131n\u0131n bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ve\n\u0130\u015fletmesini T\u00fcrkiye Denizcilik \u0130\u015fletmeleri\u2019nin o zamanki ad\u0131 olan T\u00fcrkiye\nSeyr-i Sefain \u0130daresine vermi\u015ftir. &nbsp; T\u00fcrkiye Seyr-i Sefain \u0130daresi bu\ni\u015flemleri yaparken \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na yar\u0131m maa\u015f d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan al\u0131nan mallar\u0131nda\nbedellerini birka\u00e7 taksitte \u00f6deyerek buradan elde etti\u011fi gelir ile buralar\u0131n\nbak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de turistik otel\ni\u015fletmecili\u011finin geli\u015fmesinde en \u00f6nemli olay\u0131 olarak kabul edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca\n&nbsp;T\u00fcrkiye Denizcilik \u0130\u015fletmeleri &nbsp;160 a\u015fk\u0131n &nbsp;s\u00fcrede Denizyollar\u0131\n\u0130\u015fletmesi ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli hizmetlerde bulunmu\u015ftur. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte \u00dclke\nEkonomisine fayda sa\u011flayan F\u0131nd\u0131k. T\u00fct\u00fcn, \u00c7ay, Pamuk, Narenciye gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnleri\nta\u015f\u0131yarak ihracat\u0131nda \u00f6nemli rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Akdeniz\u2019den Karadeniz\u2019e \u0130nsanlar\u0131\nbir birine kavu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. Ayr\u0131ca Do\u011fu Akdeniz\u2019de bulunan \u00fclke vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131\nBat\u0131 Akdeniz\u2019de \u00f6zellikle Marsilya\u2019ya ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Deniz Ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131\nhizmetler, gemilerinin temizli\u011fi yemeklerinin nefaseti ve hizmetin kusursuzlu\u011fu\nile Akdeniz\u2019i T\u00fcrk g\u00f6l\u00fc haline getirmi\u015f yolcular \u00f6ncelikle tercih etti\u011fi\n&nbsp;\u015firket olmu\u015ftur. Ne yaz\u0131k ki eskiyen gemileri yerine yenileri konmay\u0131nca\nkurum zamana yenik d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki hizmetleri ile tarihin alt\u0131n sayfas\u0131nda\nki yerini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denizyollar\u0131\n\u0130\u015fletmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131ndan Haydar \u00c7\u0131nar.1924 tarihinde kuruma kamarot olarak\ngirmi\u015ftir.1903 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ba\u011fdat\u2019ta do\u011fmu\u015f Frans\u0131zca ve Arap\u00e7a dillerini bilmesi\nnedeniyle \u00f6zellikle yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na sefer yapan gemilerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle\nde \u00fcst y\u00f6neticiler \u00fclkenin \u00fcst taba ki\u015fileri ile iyi bir diyolo\u011f i\u00e7erisine\ngirmi\u015f tan\u0131nan ve sevilen bir ki\u015fidir. bu d\u00f6nem i\u00e7erisinde S\/S Marmara. S\/S\nG\u00fclcemal, S\/S Mahmut \u015eevket Pa\u015fa, S\/S Karadeniz, S\/S Re\u015fitpa\u015fa, S\/S Cumhuriyet,\nS\/S \u0130zmir, S\/S Tar\u0131 \u2018da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f 1948 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130\u015fletmeden ayr\u0131larak Ye\u015filk\u00f6y\nFeneri yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda butik otel a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f ad\u0131n\u0131 \u00c7\u0131nar koymu\u015ftur 1954 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ercan\nHolding taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131n al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f eski butik otel y\u0131k\u0131larak yerine 1958 y\u0131l\u0131nda\nbu g\u00fcn bildi\u011fimiz \u00c7\u0131nar oteli in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denizyollar\u0131\n\u0130\u015fletmesi, bir\u00e7ok a\u015fc\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131 yeti\u015ftirmi\u015f bu ki\u015filer \u0130stanbul\u2019un yeni yap\u0131lan\nb\u00fcy\u00fck otellerinde ba\u015f a\u015fc\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlardan birisi vard\u0131r ki\nd\u00fcny\u00fcca me\u015fhur a\u015f\u00e7\u0131ba\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Anadolu yakas\u0131ndan Avrupa\nyakas\u0131na Avrupa yakas\u0131ndan Anadolu yakas\u0131na muhtelif iskelelerden insan ve ara\u00e7\nta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130zmir \u0130\u015fletmesi gerek Liman i\u015fletmecili\u011fi gerekse vapur\n\u0130\u015fletmecili\u011fi ile \u0130zmirlilere uzun y\u0131llar hizmet etmi\u015ftir. Van G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019nde in\u015fa\netti\u011fi feribotlarla uzun y\u0131llar Tatvan Van aras\u0131nda tren ve kamyon ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131\nyapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hopa, Rize, Trabzon, Giresun, Ordu, Sinop, \u0130stanbul, Tekirda\u011f,\n\u00c7anakkale, Dikili, \u0130zmir, \u00c7e\u015fme, Ku\u015fardas\u0131, Marmaris, Antalya ve Alanya\u2019da\nLiman \u0130\u015fletmecili\u011fi yaparak \u00fclke ekonomisine \u00f6nemli kazan\u0131mlar sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin\n3.Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Celal Bayar 1937 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ba\u015fbakan olunca denizcilikle ilgili\nbirimleri bir araya toplama giri\u015fiminde bulunmu\u015f Denizbank\u2019\u0131 kurmu\u015ftur Yusuf\nZiya \u00d6ni\u015f\u2019i Genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr olarak atam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn vefat\u0131 Cumhur Ba\u015fkan\u0131\nolan \u0130smet \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc Celal Bayar\u2019\u0131 Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k g\u00f6revinden almas\u0131 ile bu kurum\n\u00f6zellik bankac\u0131l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131 faaliyet ge\u00e7meden lav edilmi\u015ftir. 1950 y\u0131l\u0131nda\nDemokrat Parti iktidara geldi\u011fi zaman Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 olan Celal Bayar o zamanki\nad\u0131 Devlet Denizyollar\u0131 ve Limanlar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne Yusuf Ziya \u00d6ni\u015f\u2019i Genel\nM\u00fcd\u00fcr olarak atanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yusuf Ziya \u00d6ni\u015f hemen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flayarak\nDenizcilik Bankas\u0131 T.A.O Kanununu haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 5842 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun TBMM\n10.08.1951 y\u0131l\u0131nda kabul edilmi\u015f Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n onay\u0131na m\u00fcteakip 16.08.1951\ntarihinde resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131 ile bu kanun y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc\u011fe girmi\u015ftir,\nDenizcilik Bankas\u0131 T.A.O 19 \u015eubat 1952 tarihinde resmen kurulmu\u015ftur. Bankan\u0131n\nkurulmas\u0131 ile Gemi \u0130n\u015fa Tersane fonundan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faizle Armat\u00f6rlere kredi vererek\nDenizcili\u011fimizin geli\u015fmesinde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &nbsp;\u00d6zel sekt\u00f6re ait\nyeni tersaneler kurulmu\u015ftur. Kurulan bu tersanelerde in\u015fa edilen gemiler deniz\nta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n geli\u015fmesine \u00f6nayak oldu\u011fu gibi Gemi \u0130n\u015fa Sanayimizin\ngeli\u015fmesinde \u00f6nderlik etmi\u015ftir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0131y\u0131 Emniyeti\n\u0130\u015fletmesi gerekli yerlerde fenerler kurarak gemilerin emniyetli seyirler\nyapmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Gemi Kurtarma \u0130\u015fletmesi ise kabotaj s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde\nzor durumda olan gemileri kurtarm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurum Hastanesi\n1941 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulmu\u015f 1996 kadar hastane olarak g\u00f6rev yapm\u0131\u015f bu tarihten 2010\ntarihine kadar Poliklinik olarak t\u00fcm denizcilere hizmet etmi\u015ftir. Hastane\nd\u00f6neminde g\u00f6rev yapan doktorlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ile \u0130stanbul\u2019un ad\u0131ndan s\u00f6z edilen\nbir hastane olmu\u015ftur. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve b\u00fcy\u00fck binlerce ameliyat yaparak \u015fifa da\u011f\u0131tm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\n1970 y\u0131l\u0131nda getirilen R\u00f6ntgen cihaz\u0131 d\u00f6nemin en m\u00fckemmel r\u00f6ntgen cihaz\u0131 olmas\u0131\nnedeniyle TBMM ile yap\u0131lan bir anla\u015fma ile t\u00fcm milletvekillerinin r\u00f6ntgenleri\nburada \u00e7ekilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Denizcilik\n\u0130\u015fletmeleri 1937 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir de\u011fi\u015fle Denizbank d\u00f6neminde Ba\u015fta zaman\u0131n\nBa\u015fvekili Celal Bayar ile Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yusuf Ziya \u00d6ni\u015f\u2019 Gemi \u0130n\u015fa Sanayinin\ngeli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in Gemi \u0130n\u015fa ve Makine m\u00fchendisleri yeti\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in okullar\u0131n\u0131 ilk\n\u00fc\u00e7 s\u0131rada bitiren \u00f6\u011frencilere burs vererek bunlar\u0131 yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda e\u011fitimini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.\nII. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n en yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemlerde \u0130ngilkere \u00fczerinde Alman\nu\u00e7aklar\u0131 bomba ya\u011fd\u0131r\u0131rken vatansever bu \u00e7ocuklar \u00fclkelerinin gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in bu\nolumsuz \u015fartlarda okullar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131 ile bitirerek T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015fler ve Gemi\n\u0130n\u015fa sanayinin geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frenim\ng\u00f6rerek yurda d\u00f6nen \u00f6\u011frenciler kurumun tersanelerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flar. Bu\nki\u015filerin \u00f6nderli\u011finde Denizcilik Bankas\u0131 Tersanelerinde 400 a\u015fk\u0131n gemi in\u015fa\nedilmi\u015f binlerce geminin bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131mlar\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu tersaneler\ni\u00e7erisinde Pendik Tersanesi ki Atat\u00fcrk d\u00f6neminde a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015f\nancak 1960 y\u0131llar\u0131n ortalar\u0131nda in\u015fas\u0131na h\u0131z verilmi\u015f ancak 1982 y\u0131l\u0131nda tam\nolarak faaliyete ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Bu Tersanenin i\u00e7erisinde bulunan Pendik Motor\nFabrikas\u0131 Sulzer lisans\u0131 ile gemi motorlar\u0131 imal etmi\u015f halen 30 bulan ve\ntonajlar\u0131 1200 DWT ile 75000 DWT aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen gemilerde kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.\nNe yaz\u0131k ki bu Motor Fabrikas\u0131 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2000 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu\nyana T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 700 \u00fcst\u00fcnde gemi in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir. Bir gemide bir ana makine iki\nadet yard\u0131mc\u0131 makine olarak hesap edilirse yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 2100 adet gemi\nmotorlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan ithal edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1927 y\u0131l\u0131nda\nGalata&#8217;da 3 m\u00fcte\u015febbis i\u015f adam\u0131n\u0131n, ticari ama\u00e7larla &nbsp;\u00abMakine, Motor ve Elektrik\nOkulu\u00bb ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00f6zel olarak a\u00e7m\u0131\u015flar fakat o y\u0131llarda bu okulun devrin Milli\nE\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca derece ve muadeletinin tan\u0131nmamas\u0131 nedeniyle istenilen\nsonuca ula\u015famayan &nbsp;okul Denizbank taraf\u0131ndan 1938 y\u0131l\u0131nda sat\u0131n\nal\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Okul 1938 \u2013 1945 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda, &nbsp;1 \u2013 2 y\u0131ll\u0131k mesleki\nkurslar \u015feklinde faaliyette bulunmu\u015f, daha sonra da \u00f6\u011fretim s\u00fcresi 4 y\u0131la\n\u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak \u00abSANAT \u00c7IRAK OKULU\u00bb haline getirilmi\u015ftir. 1945 \u2013 1946 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131\nba\u015f\u0131ndan 1960 \u2013 1961 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar \u00abORTA SANAT OKULU\u00bb ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda\ng\u00f6rev yapm\u0131\u015f, 1961 \u2013 1962 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131ndan 1964 \u2013 1965 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna\nkadar \u00abSANAT ORTAOKULU\u00bb olarak faaliyette bulunmu\u015f, Gemi \u0130n\u015fa M\u00fchendisi olmak\n\u00fczere \u0130ngiltere\u2019ye g\u00f6nderilen Nedret UTKAN\u2019\u0131n Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr olmas\u0131 ile okul 1965\n-1966 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren \u00abDEN\u0130ZC\u0130L\u0130K BANKASI ERKEK SANAT ENST\u0130T\u00dcS\u00dc\u00bb\nhaline getirilmi\u015f, daha sonra okulun ad\u0131 \u00abGEM\u0130 YAPI SANAT ENST\u0130T\u00dcS\u00dc\u00bb olarak\nde\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca bu okuldan mezun olup m\u00fchendis, mimar, i\u015fletmeci olan ki\u015filer\nbu kurumda ve emekli olduktan sonra \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 di\u011fer tersanelerde Gemi \u0130n\u015fa\nSanayinin geli\u015fmesinde \u00f6nemli rol oynam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bunda en b\u00fcy\u00fck pay bu okulu\n\u00d6zellikle Nedret Utkan\u2019\u0131n buray\u0131 Teknik lise haline getirmesinden sonra burada\nyeti\u015fen ki\u015filer teknisyen olarak g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tersanelerde m\u00fchendis ile i\u015f\u00e7i\naras\u0131nda terc\u00fcmanl\u0131k yaparak gemi in\u015fa sanayini geli\u015fmesinde \u00f6nemli rol\noynam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu ki\u015filerin g\u00f6re yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tersanelerde olan i\u015f kazalar\u0131nda\n\u00f6l\u00fcmle sonu\u00e7lanan hi\u00e7bir kaza olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
